Following Ricky Rayment's split with Jessica Wright, the 24-year-old has started seeing 23-year-old Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson.
And it's been handbags at dawn for the two reality show casts ever since.
So far Marnie and Jessica have kept a dignified silence, but it seems their fellow cast members just can't help sticking their oar in.
'If those TOWIE girls made any comments about Marnie while we were out, we'd be straight over there,' fumed Holly Hagan during an exclusive chat with MailOnline.
Gaz Beadle then added: 'We'd go in. I swear to god.'
Hitting below the belt, 26-year-old Gaz continued:
'Jess is nearly 30 – come on, she's getting on a bit.
'Ricky is much better suited to Marnie because they're the same age.
'When Ricky was with Jess, he wanted to go out and have fun. That kid loves partying - but he couldn't do that with Jess because she just wanted to buy a house, settle down and have kids.
'He can have fun with Marnie - she is so completely different to Jess. Marnie and Ricky are a much better match then Jess and Ricky any day. They're perfect together.
'And I'll tell you what, I've seen Ricky and Marnie together and they are smitten.'
Sticking the final nail in the coffin he then finished:
'He's a fan of our show - he watches it at home. I think he'd love to be a part of it. He'd have more fun on Geordie Shore than f*****g TOWIE.'
