Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are set to bring the characters of hit erotic novel Fifty Shades Of Grey to life on the big screen. And now, at last, they've made their debut as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.
Don't worry - you haven't missed the movie. The image comes courtesy of the cover of Entertainment Weekly and, inside the mag, the stars have opened up about the highly anticipated bonkbuster.
Jamie Dornan, who famously replaced Charlie Hunnam in the titular role, confessed he was afraid when his name was first attached to the project:
“There was a slight fear. But beyond anything else, I was really f*cking excited.”
“I’m a fairly worldly guy. I grew up in a very liberal place. I’m not saying we had a playroom, but I’m not shocked by [the sex in the book].”
He added that, when it comes to the sex scenes, he will NOT be holding back: “It’s essential to tell the story… So it works for me.”
For her part, Dakota confesses that she's hyped up her gym regime to get in shape for the clothes-off-stockings-on role: “Obviously, I want to look good naked.”
“I totally understand now why people exercise, because it kind of f*cking feels awesome.”
The movie is set to be released in February 2015. Just in time for (gulp) Valentine's Day. Will you be going to see it?
