Things are not looking up for Belle Dingle.

From accidentally killing her best friend Gemma Andrews, dating a married man (Dr. Jermaine Bailey) and faking her pregnancy - Belle hasn't had it easy over the years.

After the death of Gemma it became clear that Belle (played by Eden Taylor-Draper) suffered from psychosis after she began hearing the voices of Gemma and her friend Ellie from prison.

When her parents discovered that her illness had returned she ran away from home and no one has seen her since.

And it looks like things are going to go from bad to worse for Belle when her sleeping bag gets stolen and she continues to hear the voice of Ellie in her head.

In her head Ellie tells Belle that no-one loves her or wants her back and when the police notice her she runs away from them but as she runs she falls and hits her head, knocking herself unconscious.

Will the police get to Belle in time?

Actress Eden Taylor-Draper has previously said Belle has 'completely lost herself.'

She told RadioTimes: "This time it's [the psychosis] intense, to the point where she doesn't even know who she is anymore."

Last week Emmerdale viewers saw the Dingles worry when a body was discovered but later found out it wasn't Belle.

However in upcoming scenes as the police reveal they're reducing efforts to find her, Lisa begins giving up hope.

Will her family give up on her?
