Emmerdale's Leyla Harding could be in for a shock if she discovers the truth about Priya Sharma's pregnancy scare
Things look like they're about to get really complicated over in Emmerdale when Leyla Harding catches best-friend Priya Sharma with a pregnancy test. Priya has suspected she's up-the-duff for a little while and - following a conversation with a stunned Pete Barton - she decides to take a test in the toilets at the Woolpack. We're going to gloss over how ridiculous it is that someone having a top secret affair would do a test in such a public place. Instead we'll focus on Leyla catching Priya with the test.
As fans know, Priya has been having a steamy affair with Leyla's partner, Pete, for a few weeks. The pair became close after Priya split from her dodgy husband, Rakesh.
At first, Pete was just a shoulder to cry on, but it wasn't long before the sneaky pair were tearing each other's clothes off at every opportunity.
Things have got more complicated since Leyla has set her heart on marrying Pete - and even proposes to him this week.
So will Priya fess up and admit that Pete is the reason she's taking a pregnancy test in the first place?
