After a year away Emmerdale’s super villain Charity Dingle is back – and she’s already breaking the rules.
Charity [Emma Atkins] was jailed in 2015 for fraud, but that doesn’t stop the feisty mum stepping out of line the minute she’s released.
Her return was confirmed earlier this year, and these pictures show Charity arriving in style.
But, while Charity looks more than comfortable behind the wheel of her red Farrari, it’s later suggested that the sports car is in fact stolen.
Police will arrive in the Village to question Charity’s ex, and cousin, Cain about a stolen Ferrari – before he and wife Moira catch her red-handed!
Unsurprisingly Charity isn’t feeling too guilty about the ‘borrowed’ vehicle, insisting she had to bring something back from her time inside.
It was recently reported Charity will be out to ruin Cain and Moira’s relationship in any way possible, and he’ll be left with an extremely difficult decision to make.
Producer Ian MacLeod told Radio Times: “I’m keen to get my hands on a character that is so box office and capable of anything. She can start a fight and a story in an empty room. And her intention is to destabilise Cain and Moira in any way that she can.
“And there’s a long term story there that will pay off towards the end of the year with a massively heartbreaking dilemma for Cain that will test where his loyalties are.”
