Charity Dingle struggles in Emmerdale this week as she starts introducing Ryan Stocks to her family
It's been a tough old time for Charity since we discovered her dark past in the special flashback episode.
She's reconnected with her son who she gave up all those years ago, and is facing her demons by facing up to his dad, Bails, who raped her when she was a teenager.
This week, Charity really tries to rebuild a relationship with Ryan by asking him to a family dinner that she's preparing.
However, she finds Ryan casually chatting with Bails! As you can imagine, she struggles to control her emotions.
Soon, Bails is dripping poison into Ryan's ear and telling him that his mum is lying about him abusing her.
Feeling deeply emotional about the whole ordeal, Charity can't decide whether or not to introduce Ryan to the Dingles just yet.
Closer magazine caught up with James Moore who plays Charity's son Ryan.
He said: "Seeing Charity being hesitant about telling her family reinforced everything [adopted mum] Irene is telling him about Charity being ashamed. He just wants to be accepted by Charity."
Aww, surely she's just trying to protect her son?

Charity confides in Vanessa Woodfield about her reservations over introducing Ryan fully to the family. Later in the week, Charity texts Ryan to tell him she is planning to tell her family and starts setting up a special family dinner.

Charity's plans are cut short when she gets a worrying call from Irene Stocks and heads out followed by a concerned Vanessa.

At Irene's house, they burst in to find Ryan talking to Bails – his biological dad who abused Charity.

Charity struggles to contain her emotions as she confronts Bails, who insists he just wants to talk to Ryan. What is he there for and will he scupper the court case?

Later, Charity has a choice will she tell her family about Ryan or will she continue to keep him a secret?

Thanks to interference by Bernice Blackstock and Nicola King, it is all over for Misty Allbright and Rodney Blackstock.

Bernice and Nicola reassure Rodney he's better off without her but Rodney is hell bent on finding out why she left without him.
9 of 20Rodney collapses!
Soon, Bernice is forced to come clean over lies they told Misty (remember 'he was too sick to go with her'?) leaving Rodney incandescent with rage. Rodney suddenly collapses and as his life hangs in the balance Nicola calls an ambulance. Will Rodders pull through?

There's more drama for Bernice this week. Despite dating Daz, she gets very flustered when she sees hunky Dr Cavanagh.

Daz is hurt when Bernice says she can't go with him to court and the next day does his best to find a job.

Later Bernice is mortified when Daz gets a job as a clown and appears in his full outfit (bless him). Could this be the end of the line for their relationship?

Tracy Metcalf suspects Pete Barton is up to no good.

Tracy tried to convince Vanessa that Pete is cheating on Rhona Goskirk.
