EastEnders fans, you will DEFINITELY want to be home on Friday 30th october 2015.

Why?

Because this year’s hour-long ‘fright night’ episode of EastEnders looks like it’s absolutely unmissable.

A terrifying trailer, which launched over the weekend, has given us a glimpse of the tension and terror soap bosses have in store for us.

And it honestly looks just as good as a horror movie fresh outta Hollywood.

Check. It. Out.

Eep!

Bosses have already revealed that there’s plenty of action in store for Stacey Slater and Martin Fowler, and the new trailer hints at what’s to come for Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) and their son, Ben.

And, somewhat unsurprisingly, their Halloween won’t be a cosy night in front of the telly.

Previously teasing the high-octane drama of the hour-long episode, talented actor Harry Reid explained that Ben is likely to be manipulated by Gavin Sullivan – who currently has Phil under lock and key.

He told Digital Spy: “We have to remember he was Ben’s stepdad and father figure for years.

“He grew up with him and there will be a lot of love there.

“Ben came back a happy child, so you think Gavin is a perfect dad as he helped create that kid. There’s a real connection there between them, having spent time together and loved each other.

“It’s bad. It’s really bad. It’s potentially life-changing for the Square, for the Mitchell family – and you will be shocked.”

We can’t wait - although we may need a pillow to hide behind during THAT episode.
