A show insider told the Daily Star: "Kush has no idea about Shabnam's past and why she is the way she is."
Fans will know Shabnam has a secret daughter with Dean Wicks who she left on a doorstep just hours after her birth.
Shabnam's less than enthusiastic welcome pushes Kush towards Stacey and they're both surprised by the kiss.
The source added: "Neither of them expect to fancy each other and the kiss catches them by surprise.
"Stacey knows it's wrong but she just can't help herself."
