EastEnders: Phil Mitchell has revenge on his mind and a GUN in his hand

The week begins with Phil – who is convinced Sharon and Jack are having an affair – planning to get revenge. While Ben tries to convince his dad otherwise it quickly becomes clear that Phil isn't listening…

Ben is left in a flurry when Jay Brown mentions that Jack is with Lola Pearce. He races over to them and manages to ruin Jack's plans to take Amy Branning and Lexi Pearce on a day out.

Later on Ben spots Phil in his car – he's struggling to contain his anger. When Ben notices how much the alleged affair is bothering his dad, he issues him some home truths to make him see sense.

Ben even promises that he'll take on the 'Jack problem'. However as Ben enjoys spending some time with Callum, Lola, Lexi and Jay he's unaware that Phil has no intention of letting Jack off, as his dad has a gun.

Feeling positive that Jack is the father of Sharon's baby, Phil goes to extreme lengths to show the police officer that he's not to be messed with. Jack is left in terrible danger…

Over at The Arches, tension reaches breaking point with Jack desperately trying to prove to Phil that he's not Sharon's baby daddy.

While Sharon and Louise Mitchell put Phil's bad mood down to baby Peggy being in hospital, he struggles to keep his anger at bay. He later bumps into Sharon which results in her phone falling in the sink.

Over to the Carter household and Mick is left frustrated that his son didn't land the main role in the school nativity. So, the landlord decides to plan his own version.

However following a conversation with Linda, Tina Carter, Mitch Baker, Ian Beale and Gray Atkins, he realises it's not going to be as easy as he originally thought.

Mick and Mitch wrack their brains for an alternative nativity and the former begins to get stressed out when Denise and Gray doubt his best pal's abilities.

Luckily, Bailey Baker manages to save the day because she entered a Christmas story competition. She revels in making demands for the adults to use her story and later Gray has to step in and issue them with a contract.

Mick is over the moon that everything is sorted and invites the school mums to the performance but he's left floored at their response…

Later on in the week, Mick's alternative nativity is under way but when he spots Linda drinking he's left feeling concerned. Mick then confides in Sharon about what's been going on and she reassures him that she'll keep an eye on her friend.

The nativity turns out to be a huge success but when Sharon suggests to Linda that she spend more time with her hubby, Linda brushes her off before congratulation Mick.

Martin is on a high following his job with Tubbs but he's quickly brought back down to earth when Kush Kazemi makes it clear he isn't keen on him seeing Arthur.

Later Sonia questions Martin about where he's getting his money but when he fails to win Arthur a toy, he overreacts and leaves Sonia stunned.

She then calls Martin out and when he eventually calms down they begin to reminisce about old times… When it dawns on Sonia that her ex-husband is feeling lost, she suggests he move back in but she's left shocked with his response.

Sonia then opens up to Tina about Martin… At the end of the week Martin is left feeling awkward when Dot Cotton brings up his lack of work. Following their conversation, Martin decides to do a risky job with Tubbs.

Over to the rest of the Panesar brothers and they leave the Slater household in shock when they reveal they're buying their house.

The Slaters refuse to back down but are further shell shocked when Kat Moon discovers Mo Slater ignored the letters… The news becomes too much for Jean so Kush decides to take her to the hospital and see her friend.

Mo is in the firing line with the Slaters. Kush checks on Jean but is baffled when he overhears something odd in Daniel's video message.

Kat tries and fails to charm Kheerat and despite him agreeing to let them stay, he reveals their rent will increase. Kat is forced to tell Mo and Jean the bad news and the latter doesn't take it well.

Feeling the pressure, Kat desperately tries to put things right. When the Pansears arrive to discuss money, Kat's plan quickly becomes clear…

Jay leaves Stuart in charge to manage Coker's but things quickly go wrong… Luckily, Start manages to save the day and it leaves Jay feeling relived.

Unfortunately things take a turn for the worse later on in the week when Stuart is left in charge again and decides to cover the place in Christmas decorations.

Karen suggests that Billy enter Janet Mitchell into a beauty pageant with Lexi but Honey isn't keen on the idea. She's left furious when no one listens to her and decides to confront Karen.

When things don't go according to plan, Honey is left upset. She then decides to open up to Ash about Janet and Karen. Ash manages to encourage Honey to stand up for herself.

Callum struggles to think of a present for Ben. He later opens up to Lola about his concerns but she's quick to praise him for how much he's helped Ben change for the better.

Chantelle and Whitney go shopping together for the former's vow renewal. After a successful day they head to the E20.
