Mick Carter's return to Walford isn't a happy affair when he discovers the truth about what's been happening behind his back

As well all know by now, Mick Carter makes his return to EastEnders on Friday. And a lot has been going on since he's been away. Lee Ryan is working as bar manager Woody Woodward, Tracey the Barmaid had a storyline (which was basically her getting the sack), Lee's asked Whit for a divorce and Shirley forged his signature to sell the pub's freehold. That's a lot to take in.

Next week, Mick learns the full extent of what's been going on while he's been away - and let's just say, he's not a happy bunny about any of it.

Shirley, feeling guilty, confesses to Whitney that she forged Mick's signature in order to sell the freehold. She decides to come clean to her son, but soon realises she's too late when she spots him talking to Fi.

Annoyed, Mick tries to find a loophole in the new lease. But, after struggling to stay calm after talking to Linda, he takes his anger out of Whitney!
