Kim Fox, played by Tameka Empson, is usually a source of light-hearted relief for EastEnders viewers, providing us with plenty of giggles in the midst of all those deep, dark story lines.

So fans were very excited when she arrived back in Walford after a year-long break… albeit not as surprised as sister Denise (Diane Parish) was when Kim revealed she was pregnant.
But, according to show insiders, her baby joy is to turn into a nightmare when her daughter is born premature.
Will the little girl survive?
Speaking to The Daily Star, sources said: “Kim came back to Walford to be with her family at a time when she needs them the most.
“And that couldn’t be more the case when she gives birth before she’s supposed to.
“Everyone will have to rally round her keep their fingers crossed that her little girl pulls through.”
The show's executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins previously teased an exciting storyline for the Fox and Trueman family.
He said: "Kim returns, which is wonderful. She returns with a secret. That's the start of a very, very big exciting story for the Truemans and the Foxes - Denise and Kim and some new faces!"
