Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) has finally learned the truth about her missing baby in last night’s episode of EastEnders.

Sister Ruth (June Whitfield) popped by Albert Square to tell Kat that she didn’t just give birth to Zoe all those years ago, she also welcomed a baby boy.

However Kat, exhausted from the birth, failed to realise what was happening… and tragically never met her son before he was taken away.

“You’re wrong,” she flatly told the nun.

“I think you’ve got me confused with some other sinner. I’d know. I’d know if I had another child.”

But, as Sister Ruth continued to explain, Kat realised the horrifying truth - her mum, Viv, had sent her son away.

So where is he now?

At the moment, all we know is that the nuns named her baby boy Luke, and that he was taken in by a family from Ireland.

But it seems as if E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E on Twitter is convinced that Kat’s secret son is actually someone a lot closer to home.

Oh yeah, we’re talking about Sean Slater.

Check it out:

However some people were slightly more sceptical.

Others, despite thinking the storyline would be a tad clichéd, were ready to accept it if it signalled the return of EastEnders hunk, Robert Kazinsky.

Let’s look at the evidence, shall we?

First of all, Kat’s parents wanted to keep her little girl in the family, so it makes sense that they would have done the same with her little boy.

Jean has always been fond of her niece Kat, after all… and she’s always seemed to love Stacey, her confirmed biological daughter, far more than she loved poor old Sean.

There’s also the fact that Stacey just met her half-brother, Kyle, who shares the same father as her.

Kyle was only ever told of Stacey’s existence - so why didn’t his dad also fill him in on the details of his other son, Sean?

It’s all very suspicious.

Speaking back in 2013, actor Robert Kazinsky did predict that Sean could one day make a comeback to Albert Square.

"My good friend Dominic [Treadwell-Collins] did just take over running it and so I am pretty sure he will ask me to come back at some point.

“At the minute, it is not viable that I could come back for any length of time because I don't live in this country and I don't particularly want to pay tax here. I live in America and I have done for five years, but never say never," he commented to the Belfast Telegraph.

We’d LOVE to see him back in Walford - if only so he could get back with Roxy Mitchell.
