WARNING: As always, this article contains EastEnders spoilers that you may want to avoid. Just saying.

Recently in EastEnders, we’ve seen the Slater/Fowler family move out of their tiny East London flat and into Pat Butcher’s old house.

It’s a fresh start for Stacey Slater and Martin Fowler, who have welcomed Stacey’s extended family (Belinda Peacock and Kyle Slater) in their home. However, with Belinda trying to keep her salon Elysium afloat, it seems like she’s been hiding a huge secret from her family.

Noticeably suspicious, Stacey makes a worrying discovering whilst rifling through some letters – but what is it that Belinda’s hiding?

EastEnders spoilers?

After a speedy divorce from her nasty ex-husband (we can’t even remember his name), Belinda has been helping Stacey pay the rent and used A LOT of her ‘divorce money’ to help fund her beauty salon dreams.

It slowly starts to emerge that Belinda’s secrets bury deep, potentially landing the whole family in a huge amount of trouble. Smashing their dreams of a ‘happily ever after’.

Will Belinda get herself out of this mess?

And with Stacey turning against her, who will she go to for advice? She’s always been fond of Mick Carter…

Could Mick and Belinda start to get closer? Prompting Linda Carter (Kellie Bright, who’s going on maternity leave) to leave the square for a while?

This fan theory, and so many others (check them out right here), definitely sound plausible.

Don’t you think?
