But one resident really, really doesn’t want their secret to come out, and is getting desperate.
Viewers next week will see Ian get physical with Tanya’s sister Rainie who we now know Ian was with on the night his daughter Lucy was killed.
An EastEnders source told the Daily Star: “Ian is at the end of his tether with Rainie. She’s caused him no end of problems and grief.

“He is still coming to terms with losing Lucy and Rainie is a constant reminder of what he was doing on the night she was murdered.”
One big reason Ian is so desperate to keep his night with Rainie quiet is his fiancée Denise.
“They’ve been through so much together these last few months and they don’t have the strongest relationship. There’s also the risk of the rest of the Square finding out,” the source continued.

Obviously the other residents of Albert Square have been very sympathetic towards Ian since he lost his daughter, but how will they react if they find out what he was up to on the night it happened?
The source added: “How far Ian is prepared to go to keep Rainie quiet remains to be seen.”
Ian and Rainie’s confrontation will air in scenes next week.
