Jo Joyner took to Twitter yesterday, following her first appearance back on the soap in two years, during which she unfortunately went a bit off-script.
Returning to the soap for this week's nail-biting live episodes, during which Lucy Beale's killer will finally be revealed, the actress paid a visit to old friend Jane Beale (Laurie Brett).
However two years off the soap, along with the pressure of filming live, caused a bit of confusion when it came to her co star's names.
'How’s Adam?', she slipped into conversation with Jane Beale, who didn't give away any bemusement over the faux pax.
Taking to Twitter following the live episode, Jo made light of the minor gaffe, tweeting:
'You never answered me @LauriebrettX how is @AdamWoodyatt ?... #leastyouknowitslive #gutted'
And the 37-year-old was met with an army of supporters, delighted to have the feisty Branning wife back on screen, with one tweeting:
"Who cares! Nice to have you back on our screens', while another enthused, 'You handled it with aplomb! It was wonderful to see you back".
Phew!
EastEnders continues on Thursday night, when viewers will finally discover who killed Lucy, and concludes with a fully-live episode on Friday.
