EastEnders is always a must-watch on weeknights, being as it’s packed full of drama, emotional storylines, and Danny Dyer moments.
But last night? Last night we forgot about ALL of those things - and it was due to the fact that Sharon Mitchell decided to switch up her look.
We’re talking curls, people. Big, looping, twirly-whirly curls.
While we thought it looked alright, it turned out that we were in the minority.
Because, almost immediately after Sharon’s ringlets made their big debut, puzzled soap fans arrived on Twitter in search of answers - and, in some cases, support.
Even Claire Richards - yes, THE Claire Richards, had something to say about it.
Leave Sharon alone, Claire. Yiesh.
Anyway, while some people wasted time trying to figure out what had happened in the dressing rooms (we’re guessing some curling tongs and hairspray, ourselves), others leapt at the chance to be the first to figure out exactly what had inspired Shazza’s new look.
