And we cannot wait.
EastEnders' cancellation comes shortly after Mel Owen was brutally killed in last night's episode.
On Tuesday night Mel and Sharon Mitchell were involved in a car crash and although we were all led to believe that Mel would die, Shaz helped her escape the wreckage last night.
However, when Mel began to hear her son Hunter Owen's voice she decided to follow it into the middle of the road where a lorry killed her.
The drama didn't stop there though because later on Lisa Fowler accused Sharon of murder after she discovered Mel was blackmailing Shaz over her baby daddy secret.
The episode ended with Lisa telling Phil that Sharon's baby is not his - but will he believe her?
