It looks as though love could be in the air for two former EastEnders stars after their paths crossed for the first time whilst working on a new BBC drama.
Ben Hardy played Ian Beale’s son Peter Beale between 2013 and 2015, and was replaced by current actor Dayle Hudson on Peter’s return in 2020.
Meanwhile, Jessica Plummer only lasted a year on the show before her character Chantelle Atkins was killed off last year by her abusive partner Gray Atkins.
Ben has gone on to have an incredible Hollywood career starring in X Men: Apocalypse and Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody but it looks like his heart is still in Walford as after both were cast in a new dramatisation of best selling novel The Girl Before.
And they’ve been spotted liking each others pictures on Instagram.

According to The Sun the potential new couple have even been spotted out on a date together at a Jade Bird gig in London and sources say that they’ve been hanging out since June.
Ben quit the soap when his character Peter went travelling to Australia with his girlfriend Lauren Branning (played by Jacqueline Jossa) in 2015, and after Lauren made her return to the Square with Peter’s evil brother Steven Beale on her arm, fans started speculating that Steven had killed Peter and that's why he hadn't returned.

Steven revealed that when Peter was in Australia he struggled with his twin sisters - Lucy Beale's – death, started drinking and got himself into a huge amount of debt.
Aaron Sidwell, who played Steven, admitted at the time that he would love to see him back, saying, "I would love to see Ben Hardy reprise his role of Peter and to see a showdown between him and Steven for Lauren.
"Peter is always going to be a fixture in the story, considering that he and Lauren have a child together that Steven is raising," he told Inside Soap.
