Coronation Street bosses have announced that Todd Grimshaw will return to the cobbles after recasting the role and Jack P Shepherd has had something to say.
Back in 2017, Bruno Langley was sacked from the show following sexual assault accusations which he later pleaded guilty to.
As a result of Bruno's axing, Todd Grimshaw was quickly written out of Weatherfield. He attempted to leave the cobbles with his foster child Summer - aka Billy's goddaughter - after her nan Geraldine tried to gain custody of her.
They were then tracked down by the police and after assaulting a police officer, Todd ran off on his own.
Fast forward three years and ITV bosses have confirmed that Todd is returning but a new actor (Gareth Pierce) will be taking on the role.
"First look at runaway Todd Grimshaw as he returns to Weatherfield almost 3 years after disappearing from the cobbles," they wrote on Instagram.
Lots of Corrie's followers were quick to joke about the character having a complete different face with one person writing, "Quite the transformation".
Someone else said, "Do you think his mum will notice that he's had a face transplant?"
Another commented, "Must have gone to the same surgeon as Nick [Tilsey]".

However Jack P Shepherd - aka David Platt - was forced to defend the actor and the show after one person claimed the ITV show "never even try to hire their recast to look anything like the original actor".
"In my experience that never works you end up casting someone with [the] same colour hair/eyes, same teeth etc over acting capability, and the best actor/actress for the role misses out".
Well said, Jack.

Todd will be seen onscreen in the autumn but Corrie bosses have teased that some of the residents will hear from him as soon as next week - August 19.
It all kicks off when Mary Taylor and Sean Tully discover a letter from Todd as who is asking for money. It's not long before Todd's ex Billy Mayhew joins forces with the pair and try to track him down.
In months to come he finally breaks cover much to the relief of his mum Eileen Grimshaw and friends but where has Todd been hiding, why does he need money and why doesn't he want to be found?
