Coronation Street: Johnny Connor seals his own fate

Following Peter Barlow's relapse last week, Johnny Connor is reminded of how he ruined the life of that security guard all those years ago, knowing that he too hit the bottle to cope.

When a chance encounter with the security guard's mum lands in his lap, Johnny spills all, finally ready to face the consequences.

But what will this mean for Jenny and Carla Connor?

Elsewhere, Tim Metcalfe wants to make amends for not believing Yasmeen Nazir and offers to stand as a witness for the defence in the upcoming trial against Geoff Metcalfe.

But when Geoff learns of his son's plans he throws a spanner in the works that could jeopardise everything.

Meanwhile, Leanne Battersby is left feeling betrayed by her sister Toyah when Imran Habeeb refuses to represent her in her appeal against the hospital, and Adam Barlow and Sarah Platt want to give things another go.

Back at the Rovers, Johnny tries to prepare Jenny for the possibility of him going to prison, but Jenny is burying her head in the sand and brightly tells Johnny her step-daughter Daisy is coming by for lunch.
