Seems that the residents of Coronation Street are the only people in the UK not having a heatwave
While most of us are sweltering our way through the current heatwave that's hit the UK, it seems one place in the country has remained unaffected by the high temperatures. Yep, if you're finding the heat a little bit TOO intense, then you need to head to Weatherfield, where the weather is still cool enough to need a coat. And even a beanie hat! Obviously, we know that Corrie is filmed weeks in advance and no one could have predicted the current heatwave, but fans on Twitter still found it hilarious.
Characters were blown about it the wind and Adam Barlow even sported a wooly BEANIE in some scenes. Could you even imagine a wool hat on your head? No. Too much. TOO MUCH!
Fans took to Twitter to point out that Weatherfield was apparently the only place in the UK that didn't have the weather the rest of us was having.
Wonder if they're still feeling the chill today! Hotpots all round...
