Is Coronation Street's Eva Price set for heartache as she asks Aidan Connor to marry her?
Let's get one thing straight, we absolutely do not condone cheating here at Closer Towers. And the one love-rat who has made our blood boil over recent weeks is Aidan Connor. We ADORE Eva and think she could do a LOT better than a cheating knicker-factory boss. We're FURIOUS at Aidan for ruining Aidva - one of our fave soap ships. Next week sees things step up a gear when Eva pops the question to her man - but what will he say?
Fed up of waiting for Aidan to put a ring on it, Eva takes charge (YAAASSSS, EVA) and asks the question herself. Complete with a Mexican Mariachi band. Obvs.
Aidan is thrown - probably because he's been enjoying a passionate romp with Maria in the Rovers' loo. He's SUPPOSED to be at the Bistro, but gets delayed.
It's not long before Eva (with the Mariachi band in tow) go stomping across to the Rovers to find the AWOL Aidan. Does Eva catch them in the act?
Happily no, it will be bad enough when the truth comes out without Eva being in fancy dress for it. Instead she proposes there and then - and Aidan accepts!
Eva is delighted, but we very much doubt a bitter Maria will be quite as happy with their news...
