Coronation Street fans were left gobsmacked when villainous Callum Logan (Sean Ward) was bumped off within the first few minutes of the special #CorrieLive episode.
Not least of all because it was Kylie Platt (Paula Lane) who delivered that fatal blow.
While his body remains buried underneath a mound of concrete, it seems unlikely that his death will remain a secret for long.
But it seems as if David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) would be willing to do anything to protect Kylie and their children.
Even if it means sacrificing his sister, Sarah-Lou (Tina O’Brien).
In upcoming episodes, we will see David lose his temper when he learns that Sarah has been discussing her problems with the local vicar.
After dragging Sarah into the Rovers back yard, David berates her and warns that if she says anything again, he and Kylie will tell the police that she killed Callum and forced them to cover for her.
He then attempts to force her to move back to Milan - but Kylie intervenes, telling Sarah that she would never shop her to the police.
So how far will David go to keep that Callum’s death a secret?
Well, according to Jack P Shepherd, VERY far indeed.
The 27-year-old actor, when asked if this signals the dawn of ‘Bad David’, teased: "It could be yeah, I guess it depends how many more people do find out about it and the lengths he has to go to to cover their tracks and hold his family together."
And Tina O’Brien, in a separate interview with the Radio Times, added: “David's being horrible to her - he’s starting to become quite threatening and Sarah really feels like they should all be pulling together on this and that she should be able to talk to him. But she can’t and he’s pushing her into an even darker corner.
“I don’t know if he’d ever hurt her, David can be unpredictable. I don’t think he’d ever want to purposefully hurt his sister, but I think if she ever got in the way of his family unit - of him, Kylie, Max and Lily - then I don’t know what he’d be capable of.”
Corrie fans, do you think David will hurt his sister?
