In Soapland plenty of characters are leaving and arriving and there's one more person to add to the bunch.
Coronation Street fans have recently said goodbye to a beloved character who died and now viewers will have to say goodbye to Sophie Webster.
But you don't have to worry because Brooke Vincent (who plays Sophie Webster) is only going on a temporary break while she plays her new role in the theatre show Be my Baby.
The 24-year-old actress uploaded a cute video of pictures of her time on the cobbles with the caption: "My last day of being Sophie Webster for a short time see you in 10 weeks!!! You've been a pleasure… 13 years and counting"
The 24-year-old actress who has already finished filming for the ITV show has revealed that she likes her new job: "It's nice, the girls are really nice.
"We're really having a good time," she told Lorraine.
She previously revealed that she would like her old co-star Helen Flanagan - who played her on screen sister – to return to the show: "I want Rosie back.
"My years working with her were the best - we need to get her back!"
We previously wondered whether Sophie's exit would be a visit to her sister Rosie and now it has been confirmed.
In scenes to air next week Coronation Street viewers will see Sophie get an invite to visit her sister in America and it seems that Sophie will accept the offer.
However, it seems that Sophie's dad Kevin will not be happy about his daughters plans, especially after getting a new contract for the garage.
Watch the scenes unfold next week on ITV1.
