Coronation Street fans have been anticipating the return of soapland's most notorious villain, Richard Hillman - but he's not the only ghost on the cobbles...
Eagle-eyed viewers were shocked to see that there already appears to be a spooky spirit lurking in the shadows, and it's living in Eileen's house!
While the Weatherfield resident sat talking to murderer Pat Phelan, a mysterious dark figure appeared just behind her.
Keeping an eye on the staircase in the background, fans became more and more convinced that what they were seeing was indeed a ghost as the lamp on the side table appeared to be so bright - but the . black patch was unmissable.
"What's that shadow passing Eileen's stars?? The ghost of Elsie Tanner still roaming around number 11?" one fan tweeted.
During the scene, Eileen was confronting Pat about Luke Britton's death, and as she started digging viewers became worried that she might be his next victim.
"It's the ghost of Luke trying to warn Eileen that Pat is about to go psycho!" one mused.
VERY spooky...
