Closer’s CBB columnist Nicola McLean: ‘Chloe getting in Patsy’s face was pathetic – it was like Mean Girls!’

"I honestly had to check I hadn't sat on the remote and changed the channel last night, as I thought I was watching Mean Girls – that’s exactly what the show reminded me of.

Chloe Goodman did herself no favours as she ranted about not being saved by her fellow housemates. Her anger was especially aimed towards the sweet natured Patsy Kensit.

While the task ended with Cami Li as Queen of the Fairies and immune from the public vote, Chloe and Cami still couldn't hide their anger that Patsy saved Perez over them. Perez tried to tell Chloe she was overthinking it (how ironic) but that sent Chloe even further into brat mode!

Patsy tried to apologise to Chloe for not saving her or Cami Li and said: 'I know you're p*ssed off at me. I'm sorry, I didn't have time to think.' Firstly why does Patsy have to justify her choice? You can like more than one person in that house for God’s sake!

Secondly, why is a 21-year-old speaking to a grown woman like that? Patsy has done nothing wrong, nominations are part of the game and she owed Chloe nothing!

Chloe, while standing boldly in a very clearly stressed Patsy's personal space said, 'You know how close me and Cami are. So you know if you saved one of us then you would be saving both of us.' It was all so pathetic and not fair on Patsy.

Trying to make her point even stronger, Chloe then told Patsy that Perez ‘Wouldn’t save you for sh*t.’ I don't know how she knows this for sure but she seemed pretty convinced…

They eventually hugged but I wish Patsy had stood up for herself, I really do! I love Patsy, she is super sweet, but I can't believe after being in the entertainment industry for so many years she doesn't have it in her to tell someone to shut up when they need to be told. She is obviously just lovely through and through.

Were you surprised that Patsy didn't fight back?

Well if Chloe was cross about that I can only imagine her rage over Cami Li picking Perez to be her king! After Big Brother told Cami that every Queen needs a King, Cami quite unpredictably chose Perez.

When she announced her choice the housemates’ faces were a picture! The power of ruling the house went to Perez's head and he came out with some advice to his Queen: he (badly) advised Cami that she should fake a lesbian relationship to win over the British public.

Firstly, for someone who is so offended by sexist remarks, this was a silly thing to suggest… secondly, does he think the British public are so stupid as to fall for that?

If Ken had suggested Cami had a 'faux lesbian' relationship in the house, Perez would have been the first to go mad about it. He really is a prize prat.

Cami caused more upset when she chose Perez to be King

Cami li then went from 0 to 100 in seconds and went mad, screaming that her family was watching and she has self respect and dignity and wouldn't degrade herself.

While I agree it was a stupid comment from Perez, it really didn't need quite this over reaction, and I laughed at Cami shouting about dignity then at the top of her voice telling her housemates, "I love me some d*ck" before talking graphically about how and where she likes it.

Contradiction right there – Im sure her family didn't want to hear about her love of dick either. Nonetheless I do like Cami a lot and she was very entertaining and graciously accepted Perez's apology when he offered one.

Nicola is glad Alicia is starting to show her personality

This house is just full of aggression in every form I wouldn't have coped with this lot!

Alicia confronted Katie over comments regarding Alicia's choice of giving her daughter a meat and sugar free diet. Alicia quite rightly said all mothers are doing their best and we shouldn't judge each other.

While I agree almost 100% with Alicia, I also think such extreme parenting, for example not allowing your child to attend birthday parties, is wrong as you are alienating your child.

As a mother I know how excited my boys get to go to their friends’ birthday parties and would feel like they were missing out if they were not allowed to attend. But on a positive at least we have seen a bit of personality from Alicia and she does seem sweet.

I'm on Big Brothers Bit On The Side tonight at 11pm and I can't wait to share my views on the panel! Make sure you all watch x
