The pair had a huge argument on Friday night, during which Perez told Calum he would 'shove his huge d*** up your a***'.
Blogger Perez and Calum, 33, clashed over turning the bedroom lights off. Calum told him: "I'm just trying to help people go to bed so don't throw sh*t at me."
"People didn't want to go to bed," Perez argued back, causing Calum to leave the room, snapping: "Be the d*ck!"
But some viewers were left outraged when Perez continued the argument, shouting: "I will do, I'll be the huge d_ck and I'll shove it up your a_se!"
When an angry Calum returned to the room, Perez repeated the shock comment again.
Perez, 36, was immediately called to the diary room and given a formal warning, with Big Brother telling him his language had been unacceptable.
He was told: "If you repeat this behaviour again, Big Brother may have no choice but to remove you from the house."
But instead of apologising for his actions, Perez sarcastically said: "Fabulous!"
Twitter users were quick to blast Perez for his comments, and Big Brother for not taking more serious action.
Denise Welch wrote: "Astonished that Ch 5 aired Perez comments to Calum and didn't evict him!! [sic]"
Another added: "If Perez had said that to a female what he said to Calum, he would've been thrown out. It's disgusting, special rules for Perez [sic]."
Perez's latest outburst comes after it was reported he will be questioned by police when he leaves the house, after he licked Katie Hopkins and demanded she perform sex act on him.
