It’s the moment soap fans have waited for all year, but now the official list of Best Actor, Actress and Soap has been announced – so it’s time to get voting!
And this year, the categories have been handed back to the public, so only you can decide who wins the awards.
The competition will no doubt be bigger than last year, as EastEnders secured the Best British Soap Award with a winning margin of just 0.15% in 2015, so soap fans will need every vote to make sure their favourite programme wins the prize this year!
Details of the other categories, which are judged by the panel, will be revealed at a later date – but these are the ones everyone really cares about, right?
