Britain’s Got Talent 2016 is definitely the most controversial series so far, isn’t it?

We’ve already seen 12-year-old Beau Dermott accused of being a ‘cheat’ because she’d attended singing lessons and taken part in vocal competitions before appearing on BGT.

And then there was impressionist Craig Ball, who left viewers absolutely blown away with his take on Family Guy, Scooby Doo, Christopher Walken, Mickey Mouse, and more.

Until it was reported that he’d been asked to audition on the show by BGT talent scouts, that is.

Then it was the turn of show favourite Colin Henry, who wowed the judges when he played the piano upside down.

"I've even got the world record for playing the piano upside down,” he said - a claim which was later slammed by show sources as a lie.

So who’s next in the firing line?

Songstress Morgan Smith, of course!

The talented teen left us all speechless when she performed her emotional rendition of Rather Go Blind by Etta James.

Alesha Dixon, bowled over by Morgan’s vocals, commented: "I love your voice! I thought that was brilliant.

“You have so much potential, you don't know how good you are yet."

However, while we were busy focusing on the 15-year-old’s amazing abilities, folks back home were more concerned about her age.

And, more specifically, whether or not she was lying about it.

For goodness sake.

Some took to Twitter to defend Morgan, with one writing: “How is she 50?!

“She looks amazing - loving the dance!”

Whatever her age, there’s no denying that Morgan is a VERY talented young woman.

We look forward to see what she has in store for us next time she hits the Britain’s Got Talent stage!
