Real Housewives of Cheshire star and new mum Paige Chohan, 32, shares her food and 'big shop' habits with Closer...
How much do you spend per week?
Around £150-£250. We love to get our meat from our local farm shop and the rest of our groceries from Booths (the Waitrose of the North) or Aldi.
Describe your daily diet...
I start my day with sourdough toast topped with eggs and avocado, or porridge with berries. When I’m working, I pick up a chicken Caesar salad and a protein bar from the supermarket. If my husband’s family are over for dinner, we’ll always enjoy a big spread of Middle Eastern dishes such as biryani and lamb koftas with hummus, but when it’s just us we’ll stick to salmon and chicken.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?
I never eat pork due to religious reasons, and I hate olives. They really gross me out.
The strangest thing you’ve eaten...
We always take a trip to Paris to visit one of our best friends. I’ll always remember once he took us to a traditional restaurant and ordered frogs’ legs, which I tried my best to eat. It’s not something I’d order again.
What would you cook to impress?
Anything lobster-related, whether that be lobster pasta, lobster rolls or even lobster Thermidor. It’s a nice treat and different from the classic meat options. It’s quite hard to cook, so really brings the wow factor. For pudding, I’d make a chocolate cake.
Takeaway order...
Nando's – The nearest Nando’s is now a 20-minute drive away, but we still make the trip.
Favourite drink...
Smoothies – I’ll often use my blender to make refreshing strawberry and mango smoothies.
