Love Island 2023 has been a whirlwind of bombshells, break ups and brutal recouplings.
It has also offered up some of the show’s most iconic Islanders, many of which were dumped way before their time.

Another contestant that was booted out when everybody wanted her to stay (no joke Twitter went into an absolute meltdown when this OG was dumped from the villa) is Tanyel Revan.
The hairstylist was a fan favourite and best friends with Ron Hall (she squashed those romance rumours very quickly), but Tanyel was kicked off Love Island when she failed to recouple. Damn those unexpected fire pit meetings.
Now she’s out of the villa Tanyel has been reunited with her fellow dumpees including Zara as well as Jordan Odofin and Haris Namani and seems to be partying it up at a different restaurant and bar every day.
She has even gone and revamped her look and revealed the stunning makeover on her Instagram to absolute rave reviews.
Tanyel was having another night out in London where she wore a gorge white two piece and showcased her long waves with the caption “🧜♀️ hair.”
Mermaid hair indeed, it's giving us Ariel meets Splash.
The seashell embossed bar only adds to the underwater vibes of Tanyel’s look and friends and followers flew to the comments to show how much they adored Tanyel’s mermaid inspired look.
Faye Winter from Love Island 2021 declared her love for Tanyel’s new waves with emojis, “😍😍😍” and another compared her to a Disney princess commenting, “Ahhhh Jasmine??”
Fans even took the chance to confirm what we already knew, the show just ain't the same with Tanyel gone.
"I was so sad you got kicked off the show.. I cannot even watch the rest of it now lol," with another commenting, "One my favourite girl from Love Island ❤️❤️."
Just last week rumours circulated that Tanyel had started up a romance with former Islander Haris but Tanyel posted a cute pic of them out with my caption, "My bro 💙"
Well and truly friend zoned.
