Rosie appeared on series four of Love Island and coupled up with Adam Collard before being cruelly dropped by him

Despite excitement building by the day for series five of Love Island, the show has been under a lot of criticism lately, following the tragic deaths of both Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis.

ITV have now stated that important care will be offered for the 2019 stars, before, during, and after filming the series. But 2018 star Rosie Williams has opened up about how the show made her feel.

After being dumped on the show by Adam Collard, Rosie has now opened up to her followers, revealing her 'confidence was knocked', admitting she felt 'rubbish' about herself when she got back into the real world.

Going on to explain why she's not been uploading to her Instagram in recent weeks, Rosie admitted she's realised she'd been editing her photos 'too much', saying she felt she needed to, to stop the trolling she was receiving.

However, the former Islander later told fans how she's been working with her family and friends to come up with ideas of how to recreate her Instagram, to bring back the 'sassy' Rosie her fans know.

She said, "From now on my posts are going to be a lot more natural, a lot more me, and I'm proud of the way I look, and I'm really happy with the way i'm feeling at the minute."

Rosie then added, "It's a really important message to everyone, don't let anyone ever break your confidence, especially trolls."

When one fan asked Rosie if she would like to have a twin brother or sister, she responded, 'I was a twin myself - unfortunately my mother lost my twin sister and I think about her every day.'
