When it comes to the cast of Love Island, there are a few different routes that they go down once their time on the dating show is over.
We have the standard gym bros who become PTs or partner up with some sporting brand to promote gym wear or protein powder. Then, of course, the glam girlies sign deals with PrettyLittleThing or Boohoo and create their own beauty lines or clothing collections a la Ella Thomas and Grace Jackson.
Others make deals with the likes of Hello Fresh or try and sell their old phones on every social media platform going, but not many go down the route Reuben Collins has chosen, but oh how we wish they would.
Oh, yes we do.
Taking to social media on Wednesday 23 October, the Love Island 2024 bombshell announced that he will be taking part in a Christmas panto and this just feels so RIGHT. Not only that, but the footballer turned Islander will be playing the role of Prince Charming because why the hell not?
The Big Pembs Panto shared the news on Instagram and posted a photo of Reuben looking rather debonaire in his costume.
'I'm over the moon to be part of this fantastic show,' Reuben revealed. 'Pantomime has always been a dream of mine, and I can't wait to bring some Love Island charm to Milford Haven!'
Our favorite thing about this post, besides the fact they basically wrote a novel based around Rueben, is that we are pretty sure they used his Love Island promo pic and just edited a Prince Charming costume on to him. Iconic behaviour, tbh.
This truly feels like a match made in heaven, Reuben gives major golden retriever energy; how does one man have so much energy 24/7? We imagine his next big news will be that he's the latest TV presenter to be signed by CBeebies or whatever show the kids watch these days.
