Here at Closer HQ we love a transformation as much as the next person, especially when it's a Love Island contestant, which is why when Nathan Massey teased a before and after, we flew to check it out.
But goodness me, we were not expected to witness such scenes on a fresh Friday morning - and apparently we're not alone.
The Love Island 2016 winner posted a video on his Instagram with the caption, "5 o’clock starts for the last 2 months we’re all worth it ! Let’s get it 🏃 💪🏻" and it featured progress from Nathan's intense workout routine.
However, it wasn't his body transformation that had everybody talking, but the apparent addition to his half naked mirror selfie.
Let's put it this way, Nathan's other half, Cara de la Hoyde quizzed, "What have you put in your boxers? 👀🤣"
Her remark was echoed in every other comment with one person writing, "You’ve deffo put socks down there. Your followers need complete transparency Nathan 😂" and another adding, "Looks like something else has grown too lol 😂"
Our personal favourite being, "Near took my eye out 😂😂😂😂"
