We've been obsessed with Love Island ever since the 2005 Celebrity Love Island, so you'd think we knew everything about the show but turns out, we don't.
When we recently caught up with 2023 Islander Zara Lackenby-Brown she opened up and revealed what the producers don't like the Islanders doing in the villa and we're confused.
During Closer's Love Island Secrets we asked Zara if she was told off in the villa and turns out - she was.
"I was a little bit naughty. They don't like when you talk about the outside world and obviously I knew bits and bobs about the Islanders as I came in as a bombshell.
"I liked speaking about Will [Young] and his amazing Instagram and TikToks about all the lambs and his farm. Whenever I'd mention anything they'd say, 'Zara you can't talk about the outside world, it needs to be organic,'" she admitted.
She then added, "I also let slip that Haris [Namani] said he doesn't date anyone with feet over a size 5 and I thought they knew that when I said it and I dropped him in it.
"It was all funny and good vibes but I got told off quite a bit for talking too much."
Zara isn't the only Islander who has been told off by producers. We recently caught up with Anna-May Robey and she also got in trouble with the producers because she kept speculating about the outside world.
Things have certainly changed from the good old days because we remember during the Love Island 2018 series when Josh Denzel and Charlie Frederick arrived as bombshells and told the rest of the Islanders that they'd been watching them on TV.
And how could we forget after Jack Fowler and Georgia Steel's infamous kiss, bombshell Idris Virgo stirred the pot during a date with Laura Anderson when he mentioned that he'd seen the kiss on TV and hinted that Jack did go in for the kiss.
Now obviously that was a lie but still, in the previous seasons the bombshells were allowed to at least reference that they had watched some of the episodes.
