Love Island's Adam Collard is known by fans to have a to die for bod, a killer jaw line and looks that could kill. But since his appearance on the dating show, many have accused him – and many other Insta hunks – of photoshopping their pics.
But those critics have now been slammed by the 24-year-old, as he uploaded a random crotch and ab flex video to prove he doesn't mess with his images.
Uploading a photo of his torso in his white, barely there boxers, Adam captioned the post, "You can’t photoshop consistency.
"Every plan and protocol for training and nutrition I’ve ever used is now available on my app. Whatever fitness level, male or female, I’ve worked with them all. You can get results easily too."

But fans weren't commenting on the success of his app, they were instead commenting on his bulge – and his huge...muscles.
Love Island 2018 winner Jack Fincham hilariously wrote, "Nice lunch box", while 2016 winner Nathan Massey commented, "🧦 😂 we’ve all been there champ ! Lend us an Ab when you get a chance !!!! 😂👏🏼."
