'I can't wait to see break-ups, make-ups and hook-ups!'
I'm so excited that Love Island is back on our screens at long last! We've all now got weeks and weeks of watching people make up, hook up and break up in the sun, and I just cant wait.
It seems like such a range of people enjoy Love Island, from the old to the young, and I think that's because the situations on the show are so relatable. You often see situations that you've been in yourself, with the added fun tasks thrown in. So I'm really looking forward to seeing the romances blossom this year, and everyone just having a laugh.
There's a brand new villa this year, which will be interesting. Hopefully they give the girls a bigger dressing room than we had - trying to get ready in there was not fun. And hopefully they'll get another shower - there was only one for all of us.
Seeing all the contestants on the screen makes me feel a little bit envious, and takes me back to this time last year when I was going in. It makes me nostalgic for all the good times! It really is a once in a lifetime experience. These contestants are in for a real ride!
The advice I'd give to them is to just enjoy it - it'll be intense and full-on, but you've just got to ride the wave. Be completely yourself and follow your heart - there's always going to be opinions, but if you trust your gut, you won't have any regrets.
I'm going to have a fake tan while I'm watching to pretend I'm there too!
‘Uni’s not for everyone – do what makes you happy’
I read an article this week that said just a quarter of young people in the UK are now considering university. I went to university - sadly I didn't finish my Marketing degree, because I went on Love Island and then my career went in a different direction. But I'm considering completely my third year part time, so I can get my degree.
I've always prioritised my studies - I got all As and A*s at GCSEs! I think education is so important for opening doors - but equally, I think practical experience is just as important as studying and learning.
I think university is a great option for those who can get there, but equally, you could spend your life paying off your student loans. Do your research and don't feel pressured to go to uni if you don't want to. Do what makes you happy - uni isn't for everyone.
