Cast your mind back to season one, almost eight years ago and you will recall the days of Joshua Ritchie and Jess Hayes where no make-up, lots of drinking and countless cigarettes were all key components of the ITV2 dating show.
As the winner of season one, Jess has plenty of secrets from the villa and she recently took to her TikTok recently to reveal just a few - including one in particular that makes her "sick".
Jess was responding to a follower's comment which read, "It's defo not the same bring back the endless drinking and smoking scenes it used to go off x."
Jess had thoughts on the message and replied, "I'm going to tell you something right now, let you into a little secret."
Oh, we LOVE it when celebs utter that six letter word.
Jess confessed, "No joke at one point I think I was smoking 40, yes, you're right, four zero cigarettes a day because we were that bored."
Of course smoking is pretty much banned from being on the show now, all they seem to do is stand in the pool and pretend to work out at the gym.
Jess continued, "40 fags a day. When I think about that now it makes me feel sick."
It isn't the most appealing of concepts, but it certainly didn't stop Jess from having success with the lads in the villa and she even went and won the show.
