She was iconic on her series of Love Island but now series 11 star Harriett Blackmore has opened up about her daily diet, food shop budget and what she refuses to eat.
How much do you spend?
I do a 50/50 split between going into the supermarket and ordering online or on Deliveroo. I’d say I spend about £100 per week, but it does vary depending on what I have on that week.
Describe your daily diet…
I’m not a huge breakfast person. When I wake up, I’ll have an iced coffee and then when I’m hungry I’ll make avocado and scrambled egg on a bagel. I love having breakfast foods for lunch! For dinner, I always try to have some sort of salad – it could be a chicken Caesar salad or a Greek salad, some sort of protein and veg.
Favourite snack?
I love fresh fruit. I’ll have pineapple and watermelon. I also really like fresh coconut slices – they’re great for your skin.
Anything you refuse to eat?
Growing up, I used to eat everything, but I’m quite a picky eater. I’m not big on seafood at all.
What would you cook to impress?
I’d probably make a big fresh salad with lots of sides. I would do potatoes, some meat and lots of picky bits.
Favourite comfort food?
I love my mum’s cooking and enjoy a home-cooked meal. She makes a great pasta bake or a steak. It just hits the spot every time.
Favourite sweet treat?
I love a Magnum ice cream – the white chocolate one is my favourite.
Favourite takeaway order?
I order the Nando's chicken wrap with a portion of sweet potato fries.
Favourite tipple?
I like a Sprite with lime cordial with everything, it’s nice and fresh.
