Speaking to Closer online at the launch of 5Star's new reality show Celebs on the Ranch, Georgia claimed she "always knew" there was help available if she found herself struggling to cope with fame.

"I think it's really based on the individual, as itself – I always knew there was an open door there for me," she said.

"We have all come together. You really do turn into a family after doing a show like that, because it is so life changing. But I do feel like every individual is different, so sometimes you can't blame a show for [mental health issues like Mike's."

When asked about whether the criticism faced by ITV in the wake of Mike's death was unfair, fellow 2018 islander and Celebs on the Ranch co-star Eyal Booker said, "It's an individual case.

"I think it's quite easy to blame on thing on something like that, when really who knows what the root cause is? And who knows how many root causes there are?

"I think it has taught people to be more mindful and open up slightly more about their problems and their differences. Personally, the show as a whole were there when and if I needed them to be, and so were family and friends.

"Sadly, it's just something we all have to learn from."

Celebs On The Ranch continues weekdays at 9pm on 5STAR.
