Love Island 2018's Ellie Brown has addressed reports her ex-boyfriend Charlie Brake 'gatecrashed' her recent 21st birthday party with Megan Barton-Hanson.
Charlie - who split from Ellie under not-so-amicable circumstances last year - had already been accused of 'flirting' with Megan on Instagram; something she dismissed as a 'suppotive' move. So our friends heat obviously had to ask Ellie what the hell went down at her party.
What does she make of the pair getting close?
Speaking to heat at the UK launch of Carter Beauty Cosmetics, Ellie said: "Megan didn't gatecrash the party. Neither did Charlie. There's so many people out in London; you can't gatecrash someone's night out in London. It's so big.
"It wasn't gatecrashed. We didn't see them.
"Their friendship? I don't speak to Megan enough to know what her and Charlie are, but I presume they're just friends.
"I can't stop her from being friends with him. Megan doesn't owe it to me not to be friends with him. If Kaz Crossley or Zara McDermott were out with him, I'd be like 'excuse me?'

"As much as me and Megan are friends and when we see each other we have a lovely catch-up and I adore the girl and everything she stands for; she doesn't owe it to me not to be mates with Charlie.
"We've never been on a level where I would expect her not to be mates with him. She's mates with both of us and it's okay if she was out with him on the night of my birthday."
