AH-OI-OIOI - the doctor will see you next week...
He's one of the unlikeliest Love Island contestants to become a celeb, but Dr Alex George is making it happen by becoming the next big TV doctor.
He announced on today's Good Morning Britain that he'll be taking over from Dr Hilary Jones while he's away on holiday next week.
Dr Alex said: "So next week, Dr Hilary is away, the fantastic Dr Hilary.
"So I'm very excited to say that I am going to be stepping into his very big shoes next week, for a week."
He then added: "I’m really look forward to it.
"I’m very passionate about my job, I love medicine. I love health and wellbeing.
"I’m really excited to have that opportunity to talk about topics I love."
Sure, Alex is sometimes so painfully awkward to watch that we're never sure whether to laugh or wince. But you can't deny that the 27-year-old doctor knows his stuff, right?
Just think back to the time he told the other Love Island boys all about child birth. Now THAT was an education.
An excited Dr Alex took to Instagram to elaborate on his new appointment:
"Great to be on Good Morning Britain today, and excited to announce I will be the resident TV doctor on the show next week!! Make sure you’re watching every day from 6am on @itv 😊👨⚕️ #DrAlex"
Let's just hope he gets no questions about broken hearts, because that's one ailment we're not convinced he's going to be able to help with.
And with Dr Ranj confirmed for the Strictly Come Dancing lineup, will there be a new vacancy for Alex to cover over on This Morning?
