Northern lad Brad McClelland, who starred on Love Island 2021, featured on a podcast recently and offered up some deets around our fave romance reality show.
Chatting to Gavin McKinney, Brad was naturally quizzed about his time in the villa and did not hold back when it came to his thoughts on how people are presented on Love Island.
“Some people get portrayed in a certain way that is, like, completely not them,” he told Gavin, “If you have a moment when you’re going mad, that’ll get emphasised and everyone is like he’s a f**king nut job, like, just because they’ve had a thirty second outburst out of a twenty-four-hour day.”
He also went on to say that he didn't actually hate fellow islander Faye Winter, even though they often clashed on the show, Brad confessed it wasn't all as it seemed, “There was a lot of things where it looked like me and Faye hated each other, but we got along very well in there.”
What you telling us, Brad? Is Love Island just a complete LIE? We shan't hear it.
