Natasha Hamilton, 32, knows only too well how painful a separation can be – she split from her husband of six years, Riad Erraji, in July 2013.

However, she battled through her heartache and has now found happiness with 5ive star Ritchie Neville, 35.

Last September the couple welcomed their daughter, Ella Rose, into the world.

Here, Natasha – who is also mum to Josh, 12, Harry, nine, Alfie, four - gives her five tips for surviving heartbreak.
