Natasha Hamilton divorce tips
Get used to having “me-time”
You might feel alone at first, but try to relax and do things you enjoy. It’s important to come to terms with being on your own.
Try new things
I never had the chance to do much reading, but now I have a pile of books by the side of my bed!
Get creative
After the spilt, I wrote songs about my feelings. Creative writing is a great way to let out your emotions – even keeping a diary can help.
Declutter your mind
I keep a notepad and pen by the bed and, before going to sleep, I write down my to-dos and get everything out of my head so I can sleep better.
Treat yourself
I arranged to go on a spa weekend with my mates – it was lovely not to have to set an alarm or cook.
