A study conducted by Dr Kramer from the University of Maryland School of Medicine revealed that penile fractures are more likely to occur when:
- The men are having extramarital affairs
- The sex is taking place outside the bedroom (such as in a car, at work, or in an elevator)
Basically, penile fractures are most likely to occur during "stressful" situations in which sex is hurried.
