Along with Michelle's amazing 3 minute work out, the mum-of-two also shared her favourite, healthy dinners to help keep her in tip-top shape.

4 healthy dinners for all the family

Add some potatoes or pasta to the following meals if serving to children…

Shepherds Pie

“Use turkey mince instead of beef mince to save calories and instead of potato on top, boil up some broccoli and carrots and mash that and use it as the topping. The kids won’t know any different.”

Michelle recommends healthy but filling meals

Healthy pizzas

“Use a wholemeal base, a small amount of cheese and loads of veg on top instead of getting a takeaway pizza. The kids will feel like they’re having a treat, but it will be much healthier.”

Cucumber boats

“Cut out the middle of a cucumber and stuff it with tuna or chicken with sweetcorn. You then eat it like a sandwich.”

Stuffed peppers

“Cut the top off a red or green pepper and stuff with shredded salmon and mashed vegetables.”
