Recently back from her holiday in Mexico with boyfriend and fellow cast member Tommy Mallet, 24-year-old Georgia tells us how her new approach to healthy living has made her “more body confident than ever.”
Georgia reveals that she trains five to six times a week to secure her enviable size eight figure, sometimes going to the gym twice a day before heavy filming schedules.
Although she prefers working out alone, Georgia tells us that in Mexico, the couple worked out together most days.
Georgia also credits Tommy for encouraging her body transformation, having expressed concern when they first met that she was “too skinny.”
Whilst Georgia admits previously eating just one meal a day to stay slim, she says, “I now eat more than ever!” Georgia believes that a balanced diet is important, stressing that “cutting carbs is bad because you have no energy.”

Georgia’s now launched a brand new campaign, ‘Powered by Bread’, which has seen her posing in activewear promoting the slogan, inspired completely by bread and the energy it gives us.
She said: "I’ve never cut out carbs in my life, that’s why this bread campaign is so good. Even before I learned about it I did think I needed to cut out carbs - so that is why I decided to take part in it this campaign.
“Now I have learned about it, it just makes sense. It’s one of those things, you cant cut out carbs."
She also promotes varied exercise routines, including cardio days, arm days and sessions working solely on her legs, upper body, abs and bum.
The TOWIE star claims that her top tips for getting into shape and feeling energized are: “Always eat breakfast, never skip carbs and never be afraid to sweat in the gym.”
