Tone It Up trainers Karena and Katrina have built a following of millions with their sun-soaked fitness tutorials, all uploaded for free on YouTube.

From bikini workouts to moves focused on targeted areas, these girls can help you achieve the body of your dreams.

Even better? You don’t need a first class ticket to their home in California. All you need is a laptop and you’re already half way there! Just a mat and some weights (or bottles of water/food tins) and you’re good to go.

Check out these videos which help you tackle stubborn ‘problem’ areas...

Bikini abs workout

Work every muscle in your abdominal area with this 11-minute work out. All you need is a mat and a small weight. Be sure to engage as many of your stomach muscles as possible by standing with a straight spine.

Bikini arms workout

For many of us, arms can be an area that makes us self-conscious- especially in the summer months when sleeveless tops are on the agenda! Banish those bingo wings with this easy-to-follow workout. Clear blue sea and sandy beaches not necessary, you can follow this routine in your bedroom or front room instead.

MaliBooty workout!

****If you want a toned, pert booty like Khloe Kardashian then this work out is just for you. Celebrate your jiggle with Karena and Katrina's easy to follow moves. Remember-if you feel the burn then you're doing it right- keep going!

Three moves for a sexy upper back

****You'll never feel shy about wearing a halter top again with these simple moves. Plus your weekly shopping bags won't feel like such a strain either! At 4 minutes long there's no excuse not to give it a go.

Hump Day HIIT Training

Hit your mid week workout targets with this energetic high intensity interval training workout. Be prepared to sweat as the ladies take you through your paces. Clear some room (like Karena and Katrina have in their own living room) and get to work! Buddy up with a friend for some encouragement.
