With Christmas party invites flooding in, some of us are beginning to feel a bit anxious about fitting into our festive party dresses.

We all want to look our best, so why not take out 10 minutes each day for a workout in the comfort of your own home?

The thought of going outside in the cold, wet, windy weather even just to go to the gym is often too much of a struggle in the dark depths of winter, meaning that YouTube workouts are the perfect alternative.

With this workout you’re toning your entire body, drawing focus on your legs and bottom. This means you’ll be in great shape to rock that glitzy body con number come Christmas and New Year.
