Good, because because the amazing Paralympic ceremony airs tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm and promises to be a spectacle in itself.
When do the paralympics start?
The Paralympics take place between September 7th - September 18th. The opening ceremony kicks off tonight at 9 and could last for three hours!
What channel is it on?
Like always, Channel 4 have the rights to the Paralympic Games and will be beginning live from Rio, Brzail just before the opening ceremony starts at 9pm. it should finish at 1.30pm. Clare Balding and Adam Hills host.
Who's carrying the flag for Team GB?
Equestrian rider Lee Pearson will carry the flag for Great Britain during Wednesday's opening ceremony. His time in the limelight is much-deserved, as he's won 12 Paralympic medals, including 10 golds - nearly overtaking Tanni Grey-Thompson!
To mark National Fitness Day, that luckily falls on the same day as the Paralympics, Team GB legend, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson - who has won 16 Paralympic medals including 11 golds - has an inspiring message for those keen to take sport a little more seriously.
Speaking on behalf of ukactive, Grey-Thompson advocates a go-getter mentality, and the belief that pure grit and determination can get you where you need to be.
